Ernest has joined Human Capital Focus in 2003 as Senior Partner.

He is spezialised in Training like Management, Strategic Sales & Customer Orientation. In addition, he supports our clients in the implementation of pragmatic & effective tailored HR solutions.

Formerly, he gained considerable Human Resources Experience in multicultural environments such as Auchan, Goodyear, Kühne & Nagel, & Rabo Robeco. In his last position, he was a member of the Board of Directors at Sodexho in Luxembourg. As Head of Human Resources, he took care of around 800 employees.

Ernest holds a Degree in Human Resources of HENAC - Hautes Etudes Namuroises Catholiques -, Namur (Belgian), it includes an international exchange programme with the university of applied sciences (Fachhochschule) in Koblenz, Germany.

In addition, he has a Master Degree in NLP (PNL - NeuroLinguistic Programming) conducted by Thies Stahl & NLP Professionals in Germany. Furthermore, he attended diverse management courses like 'Strategic Management' at the Management Institut St. Gallen (SGMI) in Switzerland. He also studied Graphology.

Ernest is Assessor of the 'Tribunal of Labour, 'Suppléant' of the National Conciliation Office and member of the DVNLP.

He is Luxembourgish and fluent in French, German, English & Luxembourgish.
